- Six Sigma Deployment and Support
Six Sigma is a rigorous measurement based methodology for reducing defects
and improving business performance.
Last year Bombardier Shorts saved a massive
£15.2 m using Six Sigma. Michael Ryan, Vice President and General
Manager, says "We have no better mechanism for improving our
performance and meeting our budgets than Six Sigma"
The Centre for Competitiveness is uniquely positioned
to offer Six Sigma training and support, particularly for SME's. We
have partnered with e-Zsigma Inc of Canada to develop the programme.
