INTRODUCTION

Product development including both new products and existing products and services is an essential activity within many organisations, being the lifeblood for some. How do you know that your processes and working practices are as good as the best in the world? Are you getting maximum value? Is there room for improvement?

What is this approach?

PDMAThe approach to product development used in this workshop moulds together the best of Northern Ireland experience with proven International Best Practice (from PDMA at http://www.pdma.org) that has evolved over several years with many different types of organisations, making it ideal for the local NI company or organisation wishing to improve their own product development processes. CforC is the Northern Ireland branch of the Ireland/UK PDMA Chapter (http://www.pdma.org/uk). All delegates get 1 year’s membership of PDMA, with access to considerable online resources, included in this workshop price.
