Lean Six Sigma

Leading organizations have been using Six Sigma for years to improve their competitive advantage. Six Sigma helps to ensure that business activities are error free. It works by striving for perfection and achieves this by using techniques that break down organizations into a series of processes. These processes are then analysed to determine key inputs that can be controlled so that desired output is constantly achieved. By realising the desired outputs, products and services can be provided that meet customer requirements.
