The prestigious Quality Awards process attracts the leading organisations across the island of Ireland. The Awards recognise those organisations who can demonstrate sustainable excellence and best practice, thereby recognising their people, raising their profile, enhancing their reputation and attracting new business.

A team of qualified, independent, volunteer assessors will review your organisation against the internationally respected EFQM Business Excellence model. Blending information you have supplied with key personnel interviews and staff focus groups they will build a picture of your key strengths and potential areas for improvement. The team agrees a score and makes a recommendation for a certain level of recognition which is reviewed by a judging panel made up of business leader and business improvement experts. The final step is for the applicant to receive an in-depth feedback presentation and report from their assessment team highlighting the key strengths and areas for improvement.
