With over 50 EFQM Gold Star Service Excellence recognised companies and organisations from the private, public and voluntary sectors across the island of Ireland, the Service Excellence Network is a large, vibrant and active group.
All the members have a passion about delivering remarkable customer/user experience in a repeatable and sustained way. You do not have to be EFQM Gold Star recognised to be part of this group – but you may find yourself pursuing customer service excellence in this way!
The Network meets around 3 times per year, alternating between Northern Ireland and Ireland, and members usually host meetings. In addition, the Network has an active online community where members engage and share information and insights, up load and down load articles and presentations and share in benchmarking with each off line and by arrangement with one another.
