What is beta™?

Business Excellence Through Action is a service to help you examine your business's performance and develop practical improvement plans. You are supported through the service by specially trained advisers.

Based on the Business Excellence Model, beta™ is an extremely powerful tool giving major performance benefits to smaller businesses. Specifically, beta™ is designed for businesses who are less familiar with the Model. It brings the benefits of the Model to your business without the cost of learning its language.

Excellent businesses know that they can't stand still. They understand the importance of continuously improving. beta™ places strong emphasis on this through the continuous improvement cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Act.

Why should I use beta™?

Because it produces results. It makes effective use of approach is focused on action. It is straightforward and understandable, and your adviser is there to make sure you get the most out of it. Through beta™, you can get connected to your local UK Excellence Federation member and the support they can offer you.
